Cancellation Policy

• 20% of the total package cost will be charged if you cancel after confirming the booking.
• 30% of the total package cost will be charged if you cancel more than 15 days before the travel date.
• 50% of the total package cost will be charged if you cancel more than 10 days before the travel date.
• 75% of the total package cost will be charged if you cancel more than 7 days before the travel date.
• 100% of the total package cost will be charged if you cancel less than 3 days before the travel date.

Please note that cancellations due to bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, political strikes, or any other closures are non-refundable. All cancellations must be communicated via written email. No refunds will be provided in the event of a pandemic or virus outbreak.

Insurance Policy

Travel insurance is available upon client request and is provided by a third party. Confirm Holidays is not liable for any insurance services. Any cancellation charges related to travel insurance will be subject to the insurance policy terms.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of booking cancellation.

Note

All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi only. Confirm Holidays will not be responsible for any loss of goods, life, or belongings during the tour. Clients participate in tours at their own risk and responsibility.
